Confirm before we buy
We review the options or listing with the seller and share available information, unresolved questions and costs. You confirm the item and authorise the purchase before we proceed.
Review the arrival photos
Once the item arrives, we take the agreed photos, measurements and checks. We share visible differences and unresolved points so you can confirm the next step; visual inspection does not certify authenticity.
Confirm packing and shipping
For multiple pieces, we agree which to ship together. You confirm packing, the shipping option and cost before dispatch, and we share tracking when it becomes available.
