SERVICE DETAILS
Agree what to check when the jersey arrives
Before arrival, we define which details to document and how to take the measurements. To begin, tell us the number of jerseys, share any available listing links, explain your priorities and give the destination country. Your initial enquiry does not need identity documents or payment details.
On arrival, we record the agreed details and visible differences from the reference information. Photos and measurements help you assess condition; they do not establish authenticity on their own.
- Front and back views, labels and requested details.
- Agreed measurements with clear reference points.
- Visible wear, stains, pulls and the condition of names, numbers or prints.
Arrange a separate authenticity assessment
If you need an external assessment, we review which provider can assess that item. Before commissioning it, you confirm the provider, scope, required evidence, fee and result format: a report, digital record or another specified response.
Visual arrival checks and authenticity assessment are separate services. We pass on the result with its author and limitations, including any questions the assessment could not resolve.
Choose the next step when something differs
If we observe a different size, damage or a detail that needs clarification, we share the available information and discuss how to proceed before preparing that item for international shipment.
Options may include asking the seller for information, agreeing an additional check or requesting an exchange or return. The available options and charges depend on the seller’s terms; we confirm the chosen step and its costs with you.
Choose what to keep and which items to combine
Confirm which items should travel together and which labels, bags or original packaging you want to keep. We agree protection and packing around the pieces, especially where a detail matters to your collection.
Consolidation is reviewed against the items received and available transport options. Final weight and dimensions allow the cost to be confirmed; combining items does not automatically mean a saving.
Three questions to keep separate
Garment identity, autograph authenticity and possible game use are separate questions. A document covering one does not automatically answer the others. For external review, share photographs, numbers and the described object, and confirm which question the organisation will assess and what output it will provide.
Distinguish a preliminary digital review, a letter and matching against game photographs: their scopes may differ. PSA and MeiGray’s public references explain their own processes; they do not imply a commercial relationship with us. Our arrival visual observation and agreed coordination do not constitute an authenticity certificate or guarantee an external conclusion.

Review the shipment before you confirm dispatch
Before dispatch, we review the contents, packing and transport option with you. We separate previously agreed charges from those that can be confirmed once the parcel is packed, and identify what the quote includes.
Your full address and the details needed for delivery are confirmed at this stage. Any date provided is identified as an estimate and depends on the route and carrier.
- List and count of included items, plus any items still pending.
- Packing, parcel weight and dimensions.
- Descriptions, quantities and declaration values based on the items and purchase information.
- Checks, external assessment, storage where applicable, packing and transport: each applicable charge listed separately.
- Shipping option, available tracking and destination charges included or still to be determined.
Questions about details and preservation
What should I clarify if the number or sponsor print is damaged?
Request close-ups of cracks, lifting edges and missing areas, together with a full view. Ask whether the print was replaced or added later; if there is no information to confirm this, it is recorded as unknown. Define the wear you would accept. A condition check does not include cleaning, reprinting or restoration: any intervention needs a separate agreement.
What should I specify before several shirts share one parcel?
List your preferences for each piece: which tags and bags to retain, any fragile prints and areas you would prefer not to fold. These details help agree protection and packing before consolidation. Do not assume that removing original packaging or compressing the shirts is included; first confirm the contents, preparation and resulting parcel cost.
